Conner has more than 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry and an Advanced Diploma in Fitness, he’s gone from being that kid in the playground, to that fitness instructor in your gym, to now your personal trainer lifestyle coach and friend.
Conner He has many straps to his wrist, he top-level junior golfer, his hobbies then changed to martial arts and boxing and now he is a Calisthenics Enthusiast.
In addition to his top drawer qualifications, Conner is a Punchfit trainer and a Swissball instructor. With an intricate understanding of human bio-mechanics, Conner can cater for anyone’s needs.
Like the most respected upcoming professionals Conner has qualifications to cater for a range of needs. A junior career in top-level golf motivated Conner to hone his golf-specific fitness instruction. A blossoming interest in martial arts, including BJJ and Kickboxing, led to a supplementary qualification as a Punchfit instructor. A fully-qualified fitness instructor, he knows how to help you trim, tone or just improve your quality of life. Conner’s holistic approach gives him the bio mechanical, nutritional knowledge to help any athlete find their physical potential.
