What’s Included in the 8 Week Challenge
Two Personal Training Sessions Per Week – You will have two, one on one sessions per week with our trainers, these sessions will be tailored to you and your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or anything in between.
Two Group Sessions Per Week – Our group sessions are a variety of different styles of training including, HIIT, Boxing, Circuits, Bootcamp style etc.. Our group sessions create fun team environments and supply that extra support.
Home Program – Our trainers will write an at home program for you to complete, the program will be tailored to suit your specific training goals.
Nutrition Consultations and Meal Plans with Ongoing Weekly Support – We understand that Nutrition is a huge part of a Fitness and Health lifestyle, therefore throughout the 8 week challenge you will be provided with a tailored meal plan to suit your needs and assist in achieving your goal.
A Training Singlet – We will supply you with an Accelerate Fitness Training, training singlet so you can look and feel good in the gym!
Before and After Photographs – Before and after photos are a great way to see differences in our bodies, we are lucky enough to have a beautiful lady on our team to help us and make you comfortable in your skin whilst taking photos as we understand this can be quite daunting. Fitness Assessments and Body Measurements – Fitness assessments are the ultimate way to test your improvement, we use these to track your progress so we can optimize your program to give you the best results possible. Body measurements are the real teller on weight loss and muscle gain.
24 Hour Support from our Personal Trainers – Our Trainers are contactable at anytime throughout the challenge, they are here to support you through the process and are always happy to answer any question anytime!
